Judith Higson

Another new arrival, Judith has proved herself as a very able family lawyer with an impressive ability to guide a route through disputes which are often complex and emotionally charged. She is an Accredited Child Law and Family Law Specialist who has a level head and whose reputation will only grow further.

Judith is now a fully qualified Collaborative Lawyer. Collaborative Law is the newest method of resolving divorce. Separation, Divorce and family disputes can be an emotionally difficult time which can put a strain on financial resources. In Collaborative Law parties and their solicitors agree to cooperate to find a solution which meets the needs of both parties and settle the case without going to court. Andrew Ion is an accredited specialist in agricultural law who joined the firm as a partner on 1 June 2011.

expertise in agricultural work extends to buying and selling of farms and farmland, attending to the different forms of leases of agricultural land, windfarm and renewables deals including negotiations for landowners and tenant farmers, agricultural partnership disputes and executry business with an agricultural slant.
